Aubrey Donovan teaches children’s and family art classes here at the Creative Workshop and has done so since 2014. Aubrey holds a Master of Science in Creative Arts Therapy which compliments her undergraduate degree of a Bachelor of Science in Art Education. For two years she served as the Humane Education and Outreach Manager at Lollypop Farm, where she worked diligently to develop a variety of programs that merged learning with engaging activities to build a sense of community and social responsibility, while also offering programs and resources to best serve low-income families.
Aubrey has taught in local school districts and worked as an art therapist in a variety of community settings. Here at the Memorial Art Gallery, Aubrey has taught several sections in our busy and fun Art Day Camp program, has led many Start With Art and Art & Story Stroll parent & child programs, and continues to collaborate with her peers to provide excellent creative learning settings.
