Pop! Bang! Boom! Blue? That’s right! The colors are exploding off the page! With inspiration from Pop Art, optical illusions, and artworks disguised as science projects, this week of camp is sure to ignite a spark in your camper. Campers will create projects that balance the playfulness of color with the uncertainty of experimentation. What will your art hypothesis be? In the clay portion of their day, campers will explore hand-building techniques and make sculptures and useful objects out of clay and glaze. The week will end with an art show on Friday in MAG’s Vanden Brul Pavilion, where families can view campers’ creations. All art materials are included.
