Carnival Creations: Junior Art & Clay Camp (27CSU26)

August 10–14, 2026

Step right up to a week of color, curiosity, and creative magic! Campers will explore the whimsical world of big-top fun in this week of camp. They’ll create carnival characters, craft dazzling masks and wearable art, build games, experiment with bold patterns, and invent carnival treats. Campers will spend part of each day exploring clay. They’ll mold imaginative sculptures and useful objects using hand-building techniques, then glaze and paint their pieces. On Friday, there will be a fabulous “ART-nival” showcase, where families can experience campers’ creations. All art materials are included.

Camps & Drop-Off Times

Instruction begins at 9:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm, but you may drop off your child as early as 8:30 am. After-care is available between 4:00 and 5:30 pm for an additional fee.

Registration Information

Registration for this program starts on Monday, December 29, at 10:00 am for MAG Members, and Monday, January 5, at 10:00 am for Not-Yet-Members. Online registration ends on Friday, August 7, at 9:00 am.

Programs with inadequate enrollment are cancelled one week before the first meeting. We will attempt to contact you via email to find an alternative program or to refund your registration fee.
