The MAG Council was formed in 1940 by a group of Memorial Art Gallery enthusiasts. It has grown and evolved while continually meeting the needs of MAG. Its many projects and gifts sustain the museum and enrich our members and our community. Over the course of 85 plus years, we have raised over $4 million dollars to help purchase artwork, underwrite exhibitions, support conservation, sponsor scholarships to the Creative Workshop, plus much more!
The gifts of knowledge, friendship, and personal enrichment are direct results of volunteerism with the MAG Council. We welcome you to experience these treasures in your life.

- Provides opportunities to join committees where members can share, learn and grow their skills and talents

How to Join
- Be a member of MAG
- Pay an annual MAG Council membership fee
- Active Members | $70 per year
Volunteer on committees and fundraisers, including Art & Treasures - Sustaining Members | $85 per year
No volunteer participation required
