Creative Workshop

Preschoolers will paint, print, draw, and build with a colorful variety of materials, assisted by an accompanying grown-up. Children will enjoy several short art activities each week, with short breaks for picture book reading and fun movement and stretching games. Materials will include paint, ink, glue, watercolors, tempera paints, colorful tissue paper, and more. Projects will include colorful cardstock wall sculptures, contrasting colors in watercolor paint and pastel resist, collaged falling leaf compositions, pretend pizza slices, and more. The class will visit MAG’s galleries on some dates to view the artwork.

Registration Information
Registration for this program starts on Tuesday, August 18, at 10:00 am for MAG Members, and Tuesday, August 25, at 10:00 am for Not-Yet-Members. Online registration ends on Thursday, September 24, at 9:30 am.
Programs with inadequate enrollment are canceled one week before the first meeting. We will attempt to contact you via email to find an alternative program or to refund your registration fee.
