Have fun illustrating your very own flip-book of mixed-up imaginary hybrid beasts. Carve a mythical labyrinth maze into clay with a monster lurking at the center. Paint an ancient-looking scroll map of an island of colorful creatures. Create a three-dimensional mask of a legendary dragon guardian. You’ll enjoy these projects and more in this imaginative, engaging class. We will draw inspiration from ancient legends of fantastic and ferocious creatures from around the world. The group will also take occasional trips to the art gallery to hunt for and discuss examples of mythological animals.

Registration Information
Registration for this program starts on Tuesday, August 18, at 10:00 am for MAG Members, and Tuesday, August 25, at 10:00 am for Not-Yet-Members. Online registration ends on Thursday, September 24, at 12:30 pm.
Programs with inadequate enrollment are canceled one week before the first meeting. We will attempt to contact you via email to find an alternative program or to refund your registration fee.
