Mindful MAGiC: Sonic Yoga
Step into a morning of movement and music designed to help you slow down, recharge, and reconnect. Set within the breathtaking Fountain Court at the Memorial Art Gallery, this one-of-a-kind experience combines gentle yoga with a live immersive sound bath to create a deeply relaxing and restorative atmosphere.

Guided by Robyn Paige of Free Spirit Roc, you’ll enjoy mindful movement suitable for a variety of experience levels while being surrounded by the soothing vibrations and meditative soundscape of Harold Taddy (The Gong Situation).
