Art, Death, and Fashion DeTOUR

Advanced medicines, skincare creams, surgeries, and social media filters help us to stave off the idea of aging and death — but what have we lost in the process? Join fashion historian Brandon W. Brooks for a spooky season MAGsocial DeTOUR℠, as he examines the intersection of art and our former deathways. How is the ever-present reality of death reflected in art, fashion, and memory? How might art and fashion temper our anxieties surrounding death, or shape our grief for a lost loved one? Have we all forgotten how to mourn fashionably, or is it all just a bunch of hocus pocus?
