European Art

The European art collection at MAG spans the medieval period through the early 20th century and encompasses works in all media. Highlights include medieval sculpture and manuscripts, Renaissance tapestries and armor, Italian and Northern baroque painting showcased in the Fountain Court near the Eastman School of Music’s Italian Baroque organ, and works by Claude Monet, Paul Cézanne, and Édouard Vuillard.
