The Rochester-Finger Lakes Exhibition, the city’s longest-running juried showcase of art of our region, is on view in the Docent Gallery until October 5, 2025. Timothy Peterson, MAG’s inaugural Ann and Irving Norry Curator of Contemporary Art, served as the juror this year. This exhibition is open to artists working in all media in a 27-county area in western and upstate New York.
Accepted artists are eligible for cash awards, including the $1,500 Memorial Art Gallery Award. During the first two weeks of the exhibition, MAG guests are invited to cast ballots for their favorite work, and the artist who receives the most votes will receive the Harris Popular Vote Award.
