This portrait art class is designed for children who are eager to learn the fundamentals of portraiture and further develop their representational drawing skills in general. The class focuses on creating realistic portraits, helping students master the techniques of drawing human faces while building a solid understanding of how to achieve convincing dimension, proportions, and depth; artful framing and other creative decisions.

Registration Information

Registration for this program starts on Monday, March 10, at 10:00 am for MAG Members, and Monday, March 17, at 10:00 am for Not-Yet-Members. Online registration ends on Thursday, April 24, at 1:30 pm.

Programs with inadequate enrollment are cancelled one week before the first meeting. We will attempt to contact you via email to find an alternative program or to refund your registration fee.
