This portrait art class is designed for children eager to learn the fundamentals of portraiture and further develop their representational drawing skills in general. The class focuses on creating realistic portraits, helping students master the techniques of drawing human faces, while building a solid understanding of achieving convincing dimension, proportions, and depth; artful framing, and other creative decisions.

Registration Information

Registration for this program starts on Monday, August 18, at 10:00 am for MAG Members, and Monday, August 25, at 10:00 am for Not-Yet-Members. Online registration ends on Thursday, September 25, at 1:30 pm.

Programs with inadequate enrollment are cancelled one week before the first meeting. We will attempt to contact you via email to find an alternative program or to refund your registration fee.
