We have a little story to tell you. It is about a camper who explored the world of storytelling and bookmaking at the MAG. Don’t tell anyone, but that camper is you! During the fourth week of summer camp, we will explore all the gallery has to offer in the way of stories, myths, and legends. Then, we will learn to create our characters and tell our stories. Do you have a story to tell? Campers will explore various art media while learning about stories and myths worldwide. Then, they will get the chance to be authors and illustrators, taking up both pen and palette to create their characters and stories. For the clay portion of their day, campers will explore hand-building techniques and make sculptures and useful objects out of clay and glaze.
