Improv Quilting (47W26)

Taught by: Kevin Carr

For the first six weeks, students experiment with various improv methods like log cabin, sewing curves, and geometric flowers. The last four weeks, students will combine methods or dive deep into their favorite technique(s) to create a final piece. Bring your own sewing machine to class or use one of ours (a limited number of machines are available; please email creativeworkshop@mag.rochester.edu to reserve one).

Registration Information

Registration for this program starts on Monday, December 8, at 10:00 am for MAG Members, and Monday, December 15, at 10:00 am for Not-Yet-Members. Online registration ends on Sunday, January 11, at 6:00 pm.

Programs with inadequate enrollment are cancelled one week before the first meeting. We will attempt to contact you via email to find an alternative program or to refund your registration fee.
