This course is designed to give you a solid foundation in beginner painting. You will learn the basics of color and composition, as well as how to prepare your painting surfaces and mix paints. No prior painting experience is required. Students will work in both watercolor and acrylic paints.

Registration Information

Registration for this program starts on Monday, August 18, at 10:00 am for MAG Members, and Monday, August 25, at 10:00 am for Not-Yet-Members. Online registration ends on Sunday, September 28, at 1:30 pm.

Programs with inadequate enrollment are cancelled one week before the first meeting. We will attempt to contact you via email to find an alternative program or to refund your registration fee.
