DESCRIPTION:August 25–29\, 20261 week\, Tuesday–Saturday \nTaught by: Laurence E. Keefe \nSketchbooks are crucial tools for serious artists.  Participants in this week-long workshop learn to use a small sketchbook to explore their personal vision and develop ideas for their own paintings. Working in an informal outdoor setting and using pen and watercolor washes with a group of fellow artists\, you will receive individual support from a skilled instructor. Each day\, we meet at a scenic local venue and start by explaining one aspect of watercolor painting\, such as washes\, using value\, etc.\, then you pick the subject that stimulates your creativity.
