2020 Artist Information

After careful consideration and deliberation, we are saddened to announce that the 2020 M&T Bank Clothesline Festival will not take place on the MAG grounds as originally planned on September 12th & 13th. The most important consideration is always the safety and health of our artists, staff and volunteers, and all the people that come together to make Clothesline a continued success. As MAG’s largest fundraiser, it was not an easy decision.

MAG is working to identify opportunities to celebrate the 2020 artists and connect the community with their work and will be promoting the artists and directing our audience to their websites during the time frame originally scheduled for the in-person event. HERE is a social media toolkit for your review and use.

REFUND OR TRANSFER OF BOOTH FEES: Please email and let us know if you prefer a refund or a transfer of fees to our 2021 Festival.

We will process refunds as we receive them, and through the same form of payment that was initially charged. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS.

In order to process credit card transactions; Priscilla from Clothesline HQ, will be contacting you via phone.

If you opt for a refund, you will have to reapply, with the 2021 application fee, and re submit your jpegs for the jury process.

If you choose to transfer your deposit to 2021, the $25 application fee will be waived and the jury will roll over your acceptance status to 2021 – as long as your medium does not change.
