The Community Design Center of Rochester announces its 18th Annual Award-winning Lecture series, Reshaping Rochester. Every year, the CDCR brings experts from around the country to share their knowledge with the local community regarding currently challenging issues. This year’s retrospective theme is “Then & Now”, and features speakers such as Ellen Dunham Jones and Norm Garrick.
Registration is free. Check in at the admissions desk when you arrive. Networking for each event begins at 5:30 pm in the Vanden Brul Pavilion; lectures follow at 6:30 pm in the Auditorium.
CDCR is the Rochester region’s only non-profit, citizen-driven organization dedicated to promoting the creation of vibrant, equitable, and resilient communities. Its design professionals, planners, and citizens serve as a collaborative resource providing design guidance and recommendations. CDCR organized and produced this year’s Reshaping Rochester Lecture Series in partnership with the Memorial Art Gallery. Our exclusive media sponsor is WXXI.
