This is an introduction to everything the artist needs to know about watercolor, from the choice of materials, paints, brushes, and tools through all the basic techniques of the medium—washes, glazing, and wet-into-wet. You start with several basic paintings and progress to more advanced work, all under the personal guidance of an experienced artist. You will have fun and learn the fundamentals to grow as an artist.

Registration Information

Registration for this program starts on Monday, December 8, at 10:00 am for MAG Members, and Monday, December 15, at 10:00 am for Not-Yet-Members. Online registration ends on Sunday, January 11, at 6:00 pm.

Programs with inadequate enrollment are cancelled one week before the first meeting. We will attempt to contact you via email to find an alternative program or to refund your registration fee.
