2007 Rochester-Finger Lakes Exhibition
Every two years, Rochester¹s oldest and most prestigious juried exhibition showcases works by artists from around our region. This year¹s Rochester-Finger Lakes Exhibition, on view through September 2, was juried by Mark Alice Durant, professor of visual arts at University of Maryland and faculty member at Bard College, and Sofia Hernandez Chong Cuy, curator and programs manager at Art in General, New York City. In April, they selected 31 works by 23 artists from a field of 745 entries by 395 artists.

Award Winners
Eight cash awards totaling $4,600 were presented to artists for works of exceptional merit at the June 16 Opening Party. Download the complete list of award winners. A ninth award, voted by visitors during the first two weeks of the exhibition, will be announced July 2.
Art at 11 Lecture Series
Three Thursdays at 11 am, Bausch & Lomb Parlor
Hear illustrated lectures by Rochester-Finger Lakes artists Harry McCue (June 21), Peter Forbes (July 26) and Susan Lakin (August 9). Admission is $10 per lecture (MAG members $5) and includes Gallery admission, tour, coffee and pastries; feel free to bring a bag lunch.
