Creative Workshop Spring Open House

At our next Open House, learn about our spring art classes and our spring and summer Art Day School sessions.

The whole family is invited to meet our teachers, enjoy art activities and demonstrations, and take advantage of special discounts good today only. The spring-summer catalog offers classes for all ages, skill levels and flexibility for even the busiest of schedules. Enjoy the latest Adult Student show in our Burne Gallery featuring beautiful work from current students while you consider becoming a new student. Ours is a community school environment with no grades or tests but tremendous amounts of learning—often through play!

For many years, students of all ages and experience levels have found the Creative Workshop classes the perfect place to stretch their imaginations and gather or hone their art-making skills. With gazillions of classes offered between April and August, as well as Art Day School for ages 7-13, we encourage you to come, play, ask questions and learn.

Jewelry instructors, Loriane Cooley and Yvonne Cupolo will be on-hand in the Jewelry Studio demonstrating how artists make jewelry, and how you can learn. Our Ceramic studio will be a-buzz with instructors Paul Harp, Rose VanTyne, Tori DiPietro, and Danielle Zatkowsky.

In our Drawing and Painting studios, Judy Gohringer, Amy J. Fisher, Gina Zanolli, Eddie Davis III, Brian O’Neill and Tom Carpenter will get you making something, talk to you about ways to make art in your busy life, and happily look at a drawing or painting you bring in.

Just outside the Burne Gallery, Raul Siro Ferreira will be showing and telling his sewing expertise and talking about Teen Fashion Camp!

You can learn about the Spring Art Day School that will run  April 1–5. You can sign on by the day or reserve your spot for the whole week! Talk to Lisa Myers (11 am–2 pm) or Susan Link (all day) to learn more. Summer Art Day School runs by the week from June 24–August 30.
