"Seeing Through Antiquity: Analysis of Ancient and Historic Glass." Dr. Katherine Eremin of the Strauss Center for Conservation and Technical Studies, Harvard University Art Museums, is one of an international team using isotopic analysis of ancient glass to find clues about the people who made it and their interactions. Her talk will draw on examples from Bronze Age Mesopotamia, medieval England and 19th-century Germany. Followed by a reception.
