Art at 11 Lecture: Kim Waale

Kim Waale of Manlius is the speaker in the second of three lectures by artists in the 62nd Rochester-Finger Lakes Exhibition. Waale received her BFA in studio art from Moorhead (MN) State and her MFA in sculpture from Syracuse University. Professor and director of studio art at Cazenovia College, she has participated in invitationals and residencies in Macedonia, Ecuador, Bulgaria and Wales, and exhibited widely at museums including the Everson Museum of Art, Syracuse, and Schweinfurth Memorial Art Center, Auburn. Her mixed-media installation Re-inventing Nature (pictured) was selected for this, her third Finger Lakes. Followed by an exhibition tour. Included in Gallery admission.
